I'd been taking the Marine Collagen Peptides for a couple of years daily but the price kept increasing till I decided to try this flavor. It is fine. Since I began adding this brand of collagen to my morning coffee, (it is truly tasteless), I have noticed improvements in my nails and hair. I've tried nails/hair supplements all my life and Lessman's products alone have made a difference. I was delighted to find the lower cost free range as an alternative to the very expensive marine.

My dog blu who is 8 has a slight arthritis, so we got this for her. We have notice a tremendous difference in her movement as well as her thrive to jump up. She is back to her normal self. It didn’t take that long to really notice a difference within a month. Would highly recommend.

I love this product. It is a reorder for me. After just a couple of weeks I could see a marked improvement in my hair, ie: less breakage. I have also noticed less joint pain. Will definitely continue to buy.

So this I paired this up with The Healthy Hair,Skin and Nails formula from Andrew and the results were just ok. I mixed the Collagen powder in with my coffee every morning and it dissolved very well and I wouldn’t know I was drinking this down cause it really is tasteless. After seeing that this was only giving me minimal results I started looking around at other brands and found a different product that I am having better results with. I have always liked AL’s product line but I am finding that I am spending a lot of $$$ for minimal product. Moving on sorry!

Just didn't like the taste it was like sweet and low with vanilla flavoring. I tried it because his marine collagen got to be so expensive. But I am going back to it.

I’m starting my third batch . I don’t feel much differently. I walk daily and my hips and lower back are in pain . Should I take more ?????
