Would this be ok to use with the PS4? Thank you

Yes - but a mouse on a PS4 is only used to navigate menus, browse etc. not for gaming. So a gaming mouse might be more than you need.

Can it be used with a Mac

Yes, the Sensei Ten works on Mac via the USB cable. Kind regards, Asger Hansen, Content & Community Coordinator, SteelSeries
