The ultra-comfortable silicone webbing provides shock absorption and anterior knee pain relief, treating OA of both the knee joint and the patella. This web design provides a custom fit for nearly any leg size that can be easily be applied over or under most types of clothing and it won't slip off. It helps to absorb shock and relieve pain while allowing you to perform most activities without even noticing it's there. Includes one undersleeve, which is made of 85% nylon/15% spandex. To help choose the correct knee brace, please use this guide: LEFT KNEE PAIN - If the pain is on the inside of your left knee, choose the Medial Left/Lateral Right brace. In this instance, the hinge of the brace would be located on the outside of your leg. If the pain is on the outside of your left leg, choose the Medial Right/Lateral Left brace. In this instance, the hinge of the brace would be located on the inside of your leg. RIGHT KNEE PAIN - If the pain is on the inside of your right leg, choose the Medial Right/Lateral Left brace. In this instance, the hinge of the brace would be located on the outside of your leg. If the pain is on the outside of your right leg, choose the Medial Left/Lateral Right brace.
