Good and worth buying
When i ordered this i got a used one with no charger and no tag so replaced and got a new one then... it was little disappointing as we got a used item with missing items in itBut later the new watch we received is good and working fine.. wish this could also have bp along with heart beat

Wouldn't recommend. Worst product!
My husband Bought the reflex beat as a birthday gift for me in 2019. It was working fine until the strap cracked and broke. I visited the store for a strap replacement and they said there is no availability of strap for this model and said will send to the head office in another city. After a month I received a call saying that strap was not available and so they will provide me a coupon for the cost of the watch. (Since it was less than a year of purchase)Wen I received the coupon I used it to get another reflex beat (same model)2020 January. I had to pay extra Rs.700 for the strap. Again had issues with charging, connectivity in 2021 September. Again visited the store and they sent it to the head office in another city. Again after 1 month got a call saying they are giving me a coupon. Worst product. No service for these watches. Waste of money. If u preffer to change to the same watch every 6 months then go for it.

this product does not serve its purpose
i opted for this brand as this is an indian company and PM's clarion call for atmanirbhar bharat.It has been 3 days i am struggling to sync this with my phone. it still does not show me the steps which is the whole purpose of this smart band.the customer service tells me that i need to wait till the battery drains up completely and then the band will 'perhaps' rectify the software glitch.and yes many have reported this software glitch.

A ggod quality smart watch but may be because of my fauld it is not working now as my rough use
The smart's touchpad has not working and the screen has gone. only the screen is working at the time of charging as at this time no touchpad has needed. so I request amazon that can you please resent the bill with warranty card of this product so that I can appeal for a repair from its brand.

Great band a real buddy during workout, when paired with mobile app it's even better. The only disappointing thing is the description says that it can resist some splash of water other than that it's not water proof.

I purchased this a couple of weeks back and I am really loving it. Fits and feels great on the wrist.In my case, the battery lasts 12-14 days easily on a single charge. I charged it on 17th September and see for yourself in the picture. I also love the 'lift wrist to view' feature on this. It's water resistant but not waste proof.Overall, an awesome purchase. It even got me a compliment at work from a colleague.
