For those that remember the days of lotus turbo esprit challenge on the Amiga and arcade racers of the 1990's - this will certainly bring back those retro memories.The controls are arcade based and are a little easier than some of the more mature car racers of today - so this is great for young kids too.If your on the fence, just buy it! you will not regret it.

Got this for my dad. And he can't stop playing.Has a real arcade feel to the game.And has great playability to it.Would definitely recommend.

Remember those old arcade racing games? Games like Out Run? Well here is the same but on console (you can even get the Out Run car to race!). No difficult to handle cars, no messy setups to complete, just fun, fun, fun. The graphics are much better than the original games, obviously, but they are still simple. I even found the music to be good, usually it’s the first thing I turn off!Game play is very simple, mostly just thrashing your way around the track, some circuits are trickier than others. In some modes, you need to collect fuel icons as you go round or you run out, also there are various other items to collect. If you hit another car you slow down for a bit, that’s all. Hitting sign posts etc. results in a spin but you soon gain control. Completing various circuits opens up upgrade circuits to enhance all your cars. You start with just two cars but more and more can be unlocked.A great game for kids and adults alike.
