Is NOT compatible with updated browsers. This is very suspicious. When connecting with any modem web browser, you will only get a prompt to install an application from an unverified publisher. I need to look further into this executable that requires administrative privileges and modifies the windows registry.

I can honestly compare the quality of this DVR to other $ 400 priced DVR'S

This unit has a nice outside look and functionality, so far it has functioned within design parameters. The images presented are clear and crisp, even on a lower rated resolution analog camera. Only one negative for me so far is that you are compelled to create a password. I always believe that you should have the option of having a password or not. Overall, good unit so far.

Why does this happen to one of my video feeds? And also why is there "Hisilicon" on each video stream I watch on a computer? I'm not impressed with this unit.

Has no video when cameras are connected no tech support and a waste of money . Don't waste your time buying this DVR camera controler

Two things, the picture quality was terrible & the fact that I wasn’t able to get past a personal information sign-in screen was just stupid!!Useless product

I am so pissed. I bought 2 of these from someone else, they were junk. This time it had different and much specs and I didn’t realize who the manufacturer was. It is the same thing! They just copied someone else's specification upped the price and sell the same junk.Seriously there are translation programs. It really isn't that difficult to write a real manual that is half comprehended. This is either a knock off off some one else's DVR and they have no idea what it does or they buy from someone who doesn't give them the manual. What they send is minimalistic gibberish. I got one and then a replacement. They keep erasing feedback and giving themselves 5 stars instead of fixing the problems. I am very tech savvy, I could never figure out what was wrong. 1st the RS485, didn't work on either unit. I got a replacement because one of the cables to the hard drive was missing. It turns out it wasn't missing, they had the connector jammed behind the keypad circuit board. Anyway the there are scew holes to attach the DVR hard drive (NOT INCLUDED MUST BE BOUGHT SEPARATELY). Those holes do not fit my very standard 3.5" HHD. Not that it mattered. The drive connected, formatted, recorded, and the playback function doesn't work. Not that this matters, there is virtually no control of the recording, or if there is the software doesn't work. Usually you can control which cameras record, how many frames per minute, disable missing cameras, change the resolution, set up motion detector alarms area, operating hours, camera names, etc. Some of that is there, it just doesn't work. The only thing I got to save and function was time and date. The image is greatly degraded by going through this device (grainy). The first one put a picture in the middle of the screen with a stripe at the bottom that flashed different high resolution stops of the image several times a second. The second one didn't have the flashing stripe but had a better resolution image that went full hight but not width. The image width was compressed and distorted. You could change parameters all day long, but since it can't save changes or even show you the effects it never changed. They have a link for your smart phone app, but it is for someone else's DVR that doesn't work for this. They actually tell you don't connect through that companies system because they don't want complaints for pirating software. LOLIn summary you get a DVR that has three working functions date stamp, a messed up image, and the mouse works. I never tried the LAN function and it has no wireless.

Very easy to set up. No issues at all.

Premetto che vengo da un dvr di un grosso marchio di cui non farò che fin da subito si é dimostrato inadeguato, mal progettato e astruso da usare fino a che un giorno non ha smesso di funzionare bruciando l'hd ed un sacco del mio tempo. Ho quindi preso questo dvr per spendere poco visto che le mie aspettative erano a 0 ed ero convinto di star buttando soldi. Mi sono ricreduto dopo 2 minuti dall'apertura del pacco. Il dvr é ben assemblato, compatto e senza fronzoli. L'ho montato in una manciata di minuti e appena acceso la configurazione é stata immediata sia su mobile che su pc. Ho collegato a questo sistema le telecamere analogiche che avevo e quelle wifi con onvif che sono state individuate al primo colpo. La gestione del software é super intuitiva e se pur l'interfaccia sembra vecchiotta, non mi sembra che negli ultimi decenni si siano sprecati molto i produttori di dvr per rinfrescare questo aspetto che quindi rientra nella norma. Quindi consiglio assolutamente questo dvr per chi ha un piccolo impianto di sicurezza da gestire e vuole spendere poco senza rinunciare a nulla. La sua vita la giudicherò nel tempo ma per il momento sono passati alcuni mesi e tutto fila liscio!

El vendedor decirme que si funcionar en formato TVI de 5 mpx por cable coaxial y solo funcionarme en analogicoPor IP no las e probado pero seguramente la resolucion la tenga por IP y no por coaxial
