NO Not 100% vegetarian...it has Lac resin also known as lac. the scarlet resinous secretion of a number of species of insects. yuck

what is the real size of the tablet?

absolutely tiny, maybe 1/4" in diameter and not too thick. need to take 6 tabs for full daily dosage, but i can easily swallow them all at the same time w/o any problem. Big tablets get stuck in my throat. Very easy to take

can someone post a picture of these with a dime for scale? Teen has trouble with swallowing pills.

Then I wouldn’t buy them. They are large.
