I'm not going to return it, no way
Our son goes to an outdoor school, and it's crucial to provide him with warm gear because they sit a lot during classes, and also they move like crazy during recess and breaks. And even in NC we got super cold days, so I had to look into winter gear, and with that, I am completely blind new, as we used to spend days in t-shirts in Charlotte. My biggest concern was the potential itchiness of anything wool or even cashmere for our son with high sensitivity. It takes a battle to make him wear the softest cashmere on top of long sleeves. The order arrived in a very cool box, and it was a fun time unboxing it. The kid enjoys "no itch" window testing and tries the shirt. His first reaction was "no, no, super itchy!" but as we agreed, I asked him to give that merino a chance. We went outside, and in less than a minute the discomfort was gone. The kid successfully had the shirt during the school day with a temperature of around 40 the whole time and felt warm and comfortable. Now I am convinced and need to get more of those!By the way size, 9-10 worked for our 8 yo kid; he's tall.
