Ordered it it was defective had to pay $480 labor for nothing, They only gave me a refund for the part, I tried reasoning with them showed them the receipts told them to please refund me for the labor since you claim your part is new and tested, Which obviously it's not because they would have deemed it defective and still they denied my refund and gave me the run around. Highly recommend not to order this. These are defective parts mine was leaking water from the electrical connect part on the alternator

This alternator might seem like a good deal at this price but did not last on my BMW even upto 1 oil change( less than 5000 miles ) . It’s a lot of work to replace this water cooled alternator and i recommend paying more and purchasing a good brand. Save yourself time and money . You have been warned.Also customer service is not the best . I was told they would refund the cost and then had another agent contact me saying that they are not going to honor it .DO NOT BUY

Alternator looks like new! They gave me test sheet of how much amps the alternator output, and performance. Overall a great product! Ups was the hold up and took a long time to receive my alternator. Great customer service.
