Q: Does it help grow your hair?

I stopped using it, even though it made my hair super soft while using it and it was easy to manage. I noticed that My hair started to shed and break off some. I really couldn't pin point it to the shampoo but I figured I should stop using it and go back to my more expensive shampoo;that is designed for my type of hair which is relaxed/thick.

Q: CAN THIS SHAMPOO BE USE ON NATURAL HAIR

Yes, I use this daily and my hair is as natural as it gets. I never dyed it and do not put any products in my hair. This is my favorite shampoo ever!! I tend to have oily hair and this has been perfect for that.

Q: do it promote growth?

Your hair may seem longer because of the straightening effect. It won't promote new hairs to grow but will strengthen the hair you already have.

Q: after shampoo is it make feel like oily hair?

Not at all - I have very fine baby soft hair and it doesn't even seem to weigh my hair down. My hair feels so healthy AND is voluminous at the same time. I don't use it everyday, as I have a bunch of other OGX shampoos and conditioners, so can't speak to what results that would bring but I can say this brand is my favorite "go to" for all my hair needs. Even better, in my opinion, than the more expensive brands.
