Great product.
The door that I ordered came with a floor mount guide. I ordered this so that wouldn't have to drill into the floor. I h a d to mount the door a little higher but it worked perfectly.

No surprises, but one recommendation.
There is very little that can go wrong with something like this. It comes as expected and is easy to install. I did end up wrapping the tab that fits in the door groove with some electricians tape for a smoother feel as the metal on wood felt a little unfinished when sliding.

We broke our plastic guide that came with the barn door install kit. This one is sturdy metal. Easily replaced the broken part. All the big box stores carried no replacement part so you had to buy the entire kit. This was a perfect find and keeps the door in line.
