Very happy with my purchase, feels great and comfortable. Very easy to put together , took me about an hour, no missing parts, nothing seems to be broken or ripped. Good pricing as well.

For this price I expected to get a subpar product which makes me even more content with the result! I received the package yesterday. The couch was easy to assemble, seems sturdy, has a great look, and the cup holder add on is a nice touch! Very happy with the purchase!

I should have went with my first instinct. I went ahead and kept it instead of canceling it like I was going to in the first place. Anyway, I started putting it together And I'm missing little tiny rings and one of the back legs #4 is slightly dented and to the back of the cup holder middle part that when trying to connect to( the top ones pic attached bottom ones ok) A part to B part the left and right that is, the holes that the screw goes in are too big so they fall out, plus it's pretty hard to get it in cause the pre-drill holes are little too far apart but with little pressure it could go in but the problem is again the screw won't stay in the hole because it's too big. I have contacted the customer service department to let them know and I will give another review once I hear back from them. Right Now it's a 2 star and that can change once I hear back. It is nice looking and it will serve its purpose for my office. It also could serve as purpose for a unexpected guest. But its not very comfortable, use for temporary bed purposes not for a permanent solution I suggest. It does seem a little short for anyone that is above 5.3. Can be good for my grandkids when they visit. Also I must have missed it somewhere that the armrest are not attacheable detachable like, Velcro kind of thing.***UPDATE*** I wanted to give an update in regards to customer service with this company and I must say they are amazing!!! Not only were they quick at responding to every one of my emails and they also compensated for the dent in the leg and the missed pre-drill holes!! Amazing customer service they have !!! This is a reason that I will most likely buy from them again because they will compensate for you, if anything is wrong. Great customer service 👏 👍 So I updated the stars from a 2 to a 4 for this reason, for the willingness to go above and beyond.

Rated 3* for the appearance and priceAt first i loved it. Sleek design, fit perfectly. A little annoyed i had to hunt down a friend with a drill to assemble it. Arm rests seemed kinda pointless as they didnt stay in place easily as the bottom was fabric, there was no friction to sturdy it. And they were WAYY too uncomfortable to use as pillows. Okay, who needs arm rests anyways, and i have plenty of pillows and stuffies. Then I tried using the cup holder. It didnt fully flatten against the couch when i set it down, so unless your drinks had lids theres a spill probability. Okay, whatever, i have a coffee table for a reason.. Then i tried using it as a futon. Terrible. Everybody who comes over for the night mentions the uncomfortability even after i layer it with sheets and some blankets. Its great for something so cheap. But thats about it imo. Also, if you have cats be forewarned you may need a cover. As beautifully sleek as it is, my cat wont stop using it as a scratching post any chance she gets despite having her own 4 foot post 🤣🥲

I ordered this couch in Nov-Dec of 2023, it’s for my room since it’s large enough to fit a couch and honestly I loved it for the first 6 months. In March of 2024, the support arms broke so now it would be flat 24/7, we ended up putting wood to help support it so it is a couch again. As the months go by, the faux leather starts to rip and progresses with every time you sit on it more and more. Absolutely awful and mortified to ever buy a couch online again. It’s been the worse experience ever, but I guess you get what you pay for. Extremely overwhelming, and disappointing that it couldn’t even stay intact for 6 months, let alone almost a year. DO NOT BUY!!! Unless, maybe for an office that you barely ever use, but for daily? Keep browsing…

Liked the color and design but not very comfortable to sleep. but it's a good sofa on budget

Very easy to assemble. Fits perfectly under loft full bed and a seating area and extra sleeping space.

Its relatively easy to assemble, if you have power tools. There, of course, are the annoying Alan Wrenchs in “tight” or “close” corners, but also you need a power drill to install screws, which I dont have, i tried to use a regular screwdriver and it will not do the job. Luckily I can borrow one, but its annoying. Also, even once it is assembled it bends at the “seam” if you try yo pick it up to move it, which does not inspire confidence.You have to be a very tiny person to enjoy this loveseat fully. Its not uncomfortable, except for how short it is. It’s full height is lower than a TV Dinner Tray. The “Arm Rests” are a joke. I knew they were moveable but I thought they might have velcro or something underneath to hold them in place on the couch as arm rests, or lumbar support, but there is nothing, so they just slide about. Also unless you are a size 00 you have to choose between the “arm-rest” or the Cup-Holder because with both of them there is not a lot of room to actually sit. The Back switches between positions pretty easily, but I dont know who wants the 140 degree position. The back is so short it comes up to the top of my Lumbar curve. When it is in “napping mode” i dont know who can sleep on this except maybe a small child. I didn't get it for that reason, but its worth noting, its a useless feature. It actually would be better off as a plush coffee table, or maybe useful in a doll-house . Ill keep it though, I have some friends who might appreciate a lower seat, and it isn’t really uncomfortable.

El vinil de este sillón es en exceso delgado. Tengo otro sillón de vinil que me ha aguantado años con mis mascotas y este en un mes ya se rompió. Era muy bonito en estética, pero ya dejo de verse bien por el tema anteriormente mencionado
