Does what it is supposed to do.
I use this to connect my vehicle battery to an inverter which then charges my camper van's "solar generator" house battery. I didn't want to worry every time that I turned that van off that I had forgotten to manually shut off the inverter (and then have a dead vehicle battery). It works great and the installation was simple. Agree that the instructions could be better.

Works great.
Installation instructions are very very clear but you will need some tools and some mechanical knowledge.Only thing I would change is adding a kill switch. I wired one in myself but it's weird the product has a wire instead of a simple switch built into the unit.Easy enough. Now I will never be stuck because of a dead battery!

Great product. Not so great instructions.
This product is a great value for the price especially when compared to other similar products on the market that costs 2-3x the price. There is alot left to be desired when reading the installation instructions. It's a pretty straightforward install but pictures or a little more detail would have been nice. The yellow wire is a bypass wire that when grounded will bypass the isolator switch. When the isolator is bypassed you can use your second battery to start your car if your starter battery were to die. I ended up buying a weatherproof switch for this wire so that its easy to access during an emergency. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and everything is working as it should.

Works as designed. Installed fairly easily. Best value as all of these products seem to be the same with different names and prices.

Works awesome
We hooked this up to our camper van from the main battery back to our auxiliary. We installed a toggle switch to be able to start the van off the back battery if needed and we tested it and it works great. No complaints.

Good product...find instructions on YouTube
The product itself is nice. I'd still give it 5 stars as it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Now I wish three things. A) the instructions are vague and now well organized. I went to the internet to get a better how to. B) I wish they shipped a mounting bracket so one could mount it to an existing bolt on the frame. I made one c) I wish they included a switch for the overide (which connects the batteries even if the 13.5v isn't met). It would be nice to have the ability to couple the batteries from the dash or at least with a switch at the unit. I have an alligator clamp ground for emergency testing and when I need to couple the batteries I use that ground clamp. (PS, I'd you ground the override wire...the batteries are connected)

Directions and product dont match
The directions say one thing for mounting the primary and secondary battery and the actual product circuit board says another I did what the circuit board says and it worked but it also ended up drawing power from my solar setup gonna take another look tommaorow

EZ install and seems to be working great!
So far the product seems to be working well. Installation instructions were fairly easy to follow. I did have to go purchase an additional eye for the end of one cable.
