Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, 22 Ounce

I use this product in combination with other flours and starches to create a gluten free flour blend. I love Sorghum flour because it allows me to create foods that feel like "normal" food. I appreciate the efforts Bob's Red Mill goes through to offer great products that meet the needs of a diverse population.

The sorghum flour is what I expected and arrived perfectly. I've used it in a pancake recipe recently and everything turned out great. Happy that Bob's products are on Amazon so I can avoid going to the market in person.

I liked adding sorghum to flour. I used one cup of sorghum to 2.5 cups of flour. It makes the bread denser. Sorghum is known in Africa to be used alone for ugali to reduce diabetes.
