Update: The company that manufactures (or sells?) the case contacted me to let me know that they were sympathetic with my displeasure, and to offer me a refund of my $15. Additionally, they asked if I would consider removing or updating my review, which I am doing now. I think this makes good business sense. They've made better a situation of one I thought was dead in the water to quite frank. They have promised to update their engineering efforts and to make a better product. Considering that if they give you a lousy product, they will seek you out to return your money if you write a bad review, it seems like a good idea to give them another shot, because I'll get a refund if it's no good, right?Old review: If you're using wireless charging, this item is the worst. You have to take it off to charge it, but it's a huge pain in the butt to get it on and off. It looks pretty good, but that's about the sum of the value you're getting.

Kind of hard to figure out how to put the case on my phone. Only used for a few days and the silver colored back had black spots all over it. They won't wash off. Bought a different case. I will keep this one for emergency though.

Initially, I thought this was a great product. It fits my phone nicely, it has a smooth feel, it looks great, and it's not bulky at all. However, after about a month, the button cover for the power snapped off, making it almost impossible to turn off my screen unless I jammed my nail in the hole. I'm very gentle with my phone so I was disappointed when part of the case broke, but I really liked how thin my phone felt even with a case on it, so I bought another one. Again, after about a month, the cover for the power button broke off.Overall, everything about this product is great, except that it doesn't hold up very long. If you're looking for an inexpensive phone case to use while waiting for a custom case to arrive, this case might be for you. If you're looking for a case to keep, look elsewhere.

I'm loving the product....fits better than expected...slim fit just as described....doesnt fall apart. As far as durability. I've only had it for a week so time will tell, but it seems like it's pretty durable for the unclumsy person lol. I mean I'm sure no one is purchasing this expecting Otterbox protection. I've already gotten compliments on the look of it so that's something (Green & gold). Definitely worth the money! Only thing I would say is the power button takes a little more pressure than usual but not enough to be annoyed about. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, great product!

I have had this case for a very long time.After dropping it hundreds of times, my phone is still great.Galaxy S8 Plus.Phone case is getting old so bought it again.Now it looks just like new.I usually dont buy the same case more than once but this one is very nice.The clip on the top side broke off bit still stays in, it can slip off sometimes, this is the reason why I got another.But I dropped it sooo many times I I suprized it held us as much as it did.I use a screen protector the glass dome one, expensive but worth it.No issues, will purchase it again someday when I need it.Love the green and gold.

The middle section of the case fits the phone, but it is too tight on the buttons that it is hard to adjust volume or turn phone on or off. The top and bottom pieces of the case snap out very easily and are slightly too big for the phone that there is some space left on the bottom between the phone and the bottom piece of the case. The top piece of the phone is loose and does not fit snug.

The case is pretty, easy to hold and very discreet, BUT it lasted me less than two months!!Since day one I never took it off, so it wasnt bad handling. The grip from the bottom broke from the corner so it's not holding in place anymore, too many scratches (never dropped it or laid it on the floor or rough surfaces, regular use: purse, pockets, car holder) and the button to lock the phone ( the one you need the most) broke too so I have to stick my nail in there to unblock my phone.It's a bummer cause I really liked the case. Not sure I would buy it again.

I love the look and feel of this phone case. Unfortunately, the power button extension from the phone case broke on me after owning it for 3 months. It took one email and a picture to the company and they sent me a replacement case for free within a week!! Great Customer Service
