UPDATE 9/28/20 — after my initial review, I contacted the seller regarding the issues. With no hesitation, they provided me with a replacement assembly. I appreciate the support. The unit is no longer leaking, and the functionality is very good. I would continue to caution that this is a plastic product, so I can’t say what the long term viability will be. But then again, with normal use, it will probably do as well as competing products. Increased to 4 stars.Original — First, read the various reviews and the description carefully. Chrome finish in this case means chrome colored plastic. We had looked at the various similar listings and hoped this would be of better quality. It’s not. Looks nice, the shower function seems nice, different spray patterns and all. But it’s basic plastic and not overly thick plastic at that. I question how long it will hold up. Second. As noted in other listings, it leaks. In our case it leaks from the hose outlet. I can’t figure out why, but that outlet is molded with a flat section on one side, like there’s no threads on that part. And lo and behold, that is where it leaks from. Supplier- is it supposed to be that way? If so that’s dumb, if not kindly send me a replacement diverter assembly. After putting it all together per instructions, finding the leak, I retightened the fitting, no change. Took it off, added plumbers tape to the outlet, still leaks. Tightened carefully with cloth and slip joints, still leaks. Even added a second washer, still the same. Doesn’t seem any way to reduce or eliminate the leak. I’ll give it a few days use and see whether it gets any worse. Almost wonder about using some silicone sealant to plug it. Will see.Final related point, if you get one of these, which I don’t recommend, be sure to remove the flow restricter. I’ve never seen one with so little water flow through it.Basic overall assessment. Looks nice, but leaks, and it is not worth $60. I seriously doubt it is any better quality than the similar appearing listings at $30.

The water pressure is good. It does not leak.You have to screw it on right, if u don’t it will leak. I’m satisfied, very good shower head.

Shower heads have great flow and a good amount of settings. I do feel as if the stand is plastic and cheaply made and that it could break at any point. We've had it for a couple months now and it seems to be working good. However for the price even if it does break I'm not going to cry considering the fact that this is a great value for the money.

I am in love. This shower head is perfect for my townhome. I am a short, stubby person so I had to balance on the edges of the tub and use pliers to tighten the nut of the body all the way, but once it was on there it worked perfectly with no leaking. I did use a small amount of plumbers tape to make sure it was completely water tight, but only because the shower arm had some old tape on it already. A word to the wise, plumbers tape kind of melts in water so make sure your hands are dry when handling. Also, don’t put the big shower head on the main body until you have the body screwed onto the shower arm, otherwise it makes it much harder to see what you’re doing.This head has made me love taking showers. It is downright heavenly, especially since you can change up the spray depending on what you want. I also love that I can change the spray on the wand. I use the wand to wash my dog after she goes for a romp in the forest, changing the spray means that it’s less work for me and less time in the tub for her. Having flexibility with the water pressure and distribution of the water makes it a snap to wash out sticks, mud, sand, burrs, and whatever else she manages to collect.

I bought this shower setup for a new house last year. About 6 months later the top main showerhead just snapped at the connection. I realized that it is just plastic. I never adjust the showerhead as it also has a handheald so I could not figure out why it broke. The company did send me a replacement when I reported what had happened. Well, just got into the shower and found the second showerhead had snapped off at the same location as the first one did. I can only surmise that the fitting being plastic, cannot handle the temperature changes , from cold to hot, well. There has been no pressure or adjustments to it. it is a dual shower, (2 sides) and this is my side only so I know. I will reach out to the company to see if they will replace the showerhead once again. I cannot recommend this product, as It does not seem to hold up for more than 6 months .

This is super huge and bulky and it sways left to right/ not stationary. Its ok but wouldn’t buy again..

Very easy to install, love the spray handle to clean with and the large shower head has good pressure.

SO glad I took a chance on this product even though I'm not familiar with the brand. Was looking for a shower head with good water distribution + good pressure - this is it! This was option #3 after trying: Waterpik High Pressure Hand Held Wand and Rain Shower Head Combo with Hose-BodyWand Spa System and Moen 26009SRN Engage Magnetix Multi-Function Handshower and Rainshower Combo Featuring Magnetic Docking System. This is by far superior in terms of water pressure, better setting options, and having water come out of most of the showerhead on the max setting. Also, the forward/back adjustable arm is really great. This product does feel a bit flimsy, it does not have the same 'metal' 'heavy' feel to it as do Moen, Pfister, Waterpik, etc, products - but overall delivers a great shower experience and 100% worth it.

The hand held shower holder is made of plastic. We have just installed it and will wait to see if it holds up. Wish the holder was made of metal.
