I like the price and the color. The product did come on time but was damaged in two places. As you can see in the picture the raw wood on the bottom. I had to go buy stain for it. On the top right it was also damaged. It would have only taken my husband about 35 minutes to put together but he could figure out why you could see the raw wood! I also liked that it doesn’t take up much space in my living room.

Purchased this model specifically due to it's measurements being able to fit in a specific location in our home. Overall it's not a terrible piece of Ikea style furniture, however there were numerous flaws in the finish which make it hard to look at. Going to have to purchase a color pen at Wall-World to try and clean up the look.Assembly took about 2 hours and mostly went well, but the instructions could have been made a little clearer. Seems they take pride in having the instructions be under 10 steps when a couple of additional images would have made a lot of difference in knowing if I had the right piece turned the right way. Also would have been nice to have some pre-drilled holes for the hangers to ensure they were level once installed. (had to do that myself)I'd say the biggest draw-back was the finish looking so poor.

The boards came damaged, as you can see on the pictures. (The dark brown color is what it really looks like; the lighter colored pics are because of the flash. We added the triple hook ourselves.) It took two of us 3 hours to assemble it (one of us is very handy, the other is semi-handy). Even with our following the directions closely, we still ended up with screws showing, and it wasn't worth taking it apart and seeing why. Although it is sturdy, I would say this is worth $50 or less.UPDATE: The company has refunded half of the cost to me in a timely manner, which is excellent customer service. I am adding a star to my rating. I suggest you check the edges of the boards when they arrive.

This thing is total garbage. I would have returned it if it wasn't too heavy for me to do so. Literally every single piece was factory-damaged, several were defective (veneer was on the wrong side, numerous with mis-threaded holes), etc. The inlay panels are made entirely of veneer and were badly cracked and as a result look terrible. Additionally, there is no way a person could actually lean against the back without breaking them further. Not only that, this thing is so chintzy I'd be afraid of anyone but a small child sitting on it. This is a going to be a very large coat rack and not much more.

Ordered this for our rental property. Most pieces arrived damaged in some way, from broken corners to scratches. Instructions say to contact seller and they will replace individual pieces; however, they were not able to do this. Instead, they refunded over half the cost. I don't expect it to last long before it needs to be replaced. Hooks are very tiny, so you can only hang items by a tag. back boarding is flimsy. Too bad, because it fits our space perfectly and color is nice.

I love the look but since it's not very heavy, you'll need to attach it to the wall so it doesn't move. It was a little difficult to put together but I managed - I'm a 64 year old female who is quite handy, lol. The hooks to hang coats aren't very accommodating so I had to pull them away from the back to hand bigger jackets without them falling off. Otherwise, it will last until I can afford a better built one.

We bought this to replace a metal hall tree that was bending, as far as the overall wood construction seems solid and sturdy, I did buy replacement hooks for it, as the ones it came with I found to be a bit to small for how we wanted to use it but a quick trip to the local hardware store fixed that, if the hooks had been bigger and sturdier I would have given it 5 Stars.

What I like most about this is the way it fit perfect in a smaller area and it looks beautiful. It is very sturdy although it does come with some items that you can secure it securely to your wall, we did not need it. It’s a great find!
