Kem-Tek 26449048231 10-Pack Super Shock Quick 20 for Swimming Pools

This product works so well. I've used other shocks for my pool but this works fast and is super strong.

We had the dreaded creeping black algae spots one year and I shocked the heck out of my pool with this stuff and it worked. Usually most people have to drain and start over.We have a very large pool and live in the Las Vegas heat so every time it rains, I just throw two of these in and keep the algae away. If some green starts to grow, I brush it- shock it, run the pump for a few hours, and it is gone the next day. The sun burns the rest of the chlorine levels off in a few days. Nothing compares to this shock. It is expensive but has saved our pool a few times. Just watch your levels as it is strong. We try to toss in weekly in the summer heat. Highly recommend!!!!

This product is excellent for my 18K gallon inground pool. Each package treats 20K gallons, and works extremely well. My only problems is the box arrived with only 4 packages inside, instead of 10, as advertised. This is my second time purchasing this product, and I plan to order again, as I believe it is easy for someone within one of the warehouses to short the order. I would highly recommend this product, just keep track of which vendor you purchased from.

I've had a 13,000 gal above ground pool for 12 years and this is the best shock. It does NOT have a bunch of calcium that just makes my pool water even harder, and it dissolves in the pool water quickly. The thing I like best about this particular shock is that I can pour a bag directly into the pool skimmer instead of having to broadcast it "in the deep end" (since I don't have one in an above ground pool!) I can broadcast it over all the pool, but invariably a gust of wind will pick it up and blow it where I don't want it. Being able to put it in the skimmer makes everything easier and IMO, safer.

This Shock is a great value, it is more concentrated then other brands and 1 Bag is for 20,000 gallons. It works great.It saves me money while still performing as well as the more expensive brands.

This shock leaves my pool crystal clear unlike other shock product that I have used!

This is the only shock we use in our salt chlorinated pool. The Texas heat takes a toll on all pools, but especially a salt regeneration chlorinated pool. After trying several different kinds, this one is hands down the best shock on the market. We use Kem-Tek because it's the concentrated form of the same chlorine in the tablets that go in the floater. Our pool and spa are open and used year round, so we use a lot of shock. This 10 pack is a great deal. We can have a huge rain or T'storm and afterwards, pour this directly into a clean skimmer and 2 hrs later we have beautiful blue sparking water again. Also, we can swim with our grandkids after only 2 hrs from using this product. Excellent product. Will buy over and over again!!
