I had to have my first one replaced because someone decided it was a good idea to put the box the mug is in, inside of a bag to ship and it resulted in the handle being broken. However the replacement came quickly and is absolutely wonderful.

I love the morphing part of the mug! It is smaller than some other mugs, but works great! My brother loved it, so I got him one too! Would recommend to any Supernatural fans!

I absolutely love my Supernatural coffee cup that I received for Christmas. It is my go to coffee cup now. It comes as a black mug but as soon as you pour your hot beverage into the cup it morphs from black to a beautiful picture of Sam, Dean, Jack and Baby. I'm 100% satisfied.
