Overall, I like these. I ordered them to use to decorate our car for a trunk or treat event. The downside is that it came missing one spider (it wasn’t in the box, I triple checked) and the remote doesn’t work at all. It would have been really nice to be able to use the timer. Otherwise they’re great! The color is bright enough and the 8 different settings are really fun! We got so many compliments on them from trunk or treaters and their parents, which I wasn’t expecting! I might put these on a wreath for the next few nights and hope I remember to go turn them off in the mornings.

I would love to give these 5 stars bc they are nice battery operated lights that worked great with timer...but I’m giving it 2 stars bc we ordered 2 boxes of spiders & received 2 boxes of ghost...sent back & again received two boxes of ghost...the packaging was mislabeled & read spiders but in fact the item inside was white ghost lights. After 3 attempts we decided we would love the ghost & just keep them.

The string is interwoven through a chandelier. During the daytime hours you really can't tell it is there due to it's clear plastic spiders and clear wire coating. At night it creates a neat effect. The only question now is how long the batteries will last. Oh, and the remote is fun to use. Until she figures it out or I tell her, my 7 year old granddaughter thinks she has magical powers to turn the spiders on and off.

Only lasted one year. And we had the battery pack in a ziplock baggie on a covered porch. I see why these are no longer available. If they ARE available, don’t buy unless you want to throw plastic and electrical away and buy a new set every year. Junk.

Love these lights! I bought the purple spider version and was surprised at how nice they look and all the different modes. They are definitely waterproof as I had them out in pouring rain and they were fine. I had to contact customer support and they very quickly helped me out.

Cute lights but you can’t tell they are spiders if you place them outdoors. They just look like purple lights. They look great if you use them indoor.

The battery boxes can fill with water and short out the control board. The strings themselves might be IP65, but I am thinking the battery/board boxes aren't. They look really cool though so they should be great for indoor use or you could protect the boxes with a plastic bag or something for outdoor use.

Really love the lights. Initially ordered 1 spider light set and loved them so much that I bought more, including the pumpkins. The spider lights smelled initially, but only for a short period. One remote works for all the light sets. Note, when you change light mode setting, the timer button needs to be set again. Also the vendor was awesome to work with. One of my sets was missing a pumpkin and they immediately responded and sent a replacement set.
