Bought for someone else who really enjoyed it

loved the backstory. Tragic in so many ways, but also the quiet moments are the ones that hit the most. Also the fights, while minimal, are still highly entertaining. I also thought the end set up big events coming nicely.Some of the shots make it hard to follow and confusing but I assume that's because we're following the backstory in the head of a person and not played out, and so it's bits and pieces.

The Gangsta series of manga is one of my new favorites. It is a really interesting story with a lot of action and a whole lot of character. I would highly recommend picking up the first three books and giving them a try.

Gangsta has quickly become one of my new favorite manga series to read. In Volume 3 of Gangsta, the story explores the tragic pasts of Nicolas and Worick. Like how they first met and what their life was like before becoming the Handymen. Also this volume greatly explains the identity of Twilights a lot better. Because the last volume kinda explored the concept and explanation of Twilights but still left a lot of questions to be answer. This volume definitely gives the reader a better understanding of Twilights. Even though the focus of this volume takes place in the past, there is still a chapter or 2 that brings the story back to the present which somewhat progresses the current story. I definitely recommend picking up this volume if you are a fan the Gangsta manga.

I ADORE the Gangsta. series - Kohske's works are so refreshing and cool. The storyline is amazing, and the is so much diversity in her characters. I am blown away by and completely invested in this series now. I really hope she can continue producing her art for us, and that her publications continued to get translated for the international audience. You won't be disappointed reading this, and you'll be begging for more like I am!
