KnitPro Hook Set, Wood, Assorted

Delighted with this set. The hooks all feel smooth and strong enough, I was worried they may not be smooth enough but they are fine. Looking forward to using the hooks and the chart holder which should be very useful with its magnetic marker.Many thanks.

Light and good grip Just what I needed

On paper this seems great- a case to carry everything together so I don't lose things, somewhere to put a pattern chart, some larger sizes, "the best crochet set money can ever buy" and it's even eco friendly wood what's not to like?Well the first one I received had damage to the case, a scratch on the outside, scuffs on the magnet clasps and there were bits of brown black bits all over of what I assume was the poor quality strip magnet which wasn't cut straight and was also dented and scuffed.Decided to try a replacement... Unfortunately although the case was not as damaged the strip magnet inside was scratched and scuffed even worse than the other and one of the crochet hooks had an uneven chip missing from the tip.I asked knitpro if this was normal quality, was told that they'd just checked one in the warehouse and it was "fine" but they didn't supply Amazon so couldn't help meThankfully Amazon has better customer service and it's been refunded. I won't be trying a third set I'm going to try and find a different brand all together.

I was sceptical about buying these because of price and a few bad reviews, I’m also a Furls hook lover. These have now become my #1 hooks to use.The wool is beautiful and polished, no scratchy bits (yet, haven’t used all) and the wallet is gorgeous. Even the 3mm feels sturdier than other hooks I’ve had. They are so lovely and smooth to work with.My only issue is that one of the loops on the side is slightly bigger than the other and would have liked a 20cm wire, but that’s personal choice and I have only just discovered TC.I highly recommend them as normal and TC hooks.

Only used one hook ,up to now and that is fabulous.The kit is beautiful quality.,as you would expect from KnitPro.The hooks start at 3.5 mm and go up to 12mm..Perfect for Tunisian Crochet/Afghan.Great service and Delivery, from Amazon.
