ABOUT THIS PRODUCT: The Moisturizing Conditioner is the STEP 4 of the Hair Care System (HCS). It is especially formulated to be used for the maintenance of the Formaldehyde-Free Keratin, Instant Keratin, or for daily hair care use. This product hydrates while repairing hair that has been chemically treated, abused by thermal artifacts such as irons and blow dryers, and damaged by climatic conditions such as the sun, wind and humidity. HOW IT WORKS: The Moisturizing Conditioner has nutrients that give shine and smoothness to the hair for a natural look that is manageable. APPLICATION PROCESS: Apply STEP 4 Moisturizing Conditioner to wet hair previously washed with STEP 3 Sulfate-Free Shampoo. Massage hair scalp and leave in conditioner for a few minutes. Rinse with clear water.
