This product arrived quickly and was in new condition. It did take a bit of reading and testing to figure out how to work the gimbal. Once I figured it out how it worked with my device, it was great. It has smooth filming as well as really incredible features like the "inception" option which lets you film while spinning. It has a remote on the handle that controls all the movements. It's great for even live online meetings. Watch the battery life, as the gimbal will shut down and the device will flop down because it cannot engage without battery. I always charge it up before filming. I also noticed that if you are near an outlet, you can charge while filming, which can be helpful. It also comes with a screw on tripod, so it stands on its own. Overall very impressed with this product, especially for the price. It's a great way to experiment with different filming styles for projects.

First time smartphone gimbal user here. The i structions were very easy to follow. Online videos also helped a lot. The product came in nicely packaged. The material used feels like its a premium product. Does not feel like a "toy".... maybe a grownup toy... lol! Cannot wait to try this out! Great price as well!!

Everything was great. The only problem was the app that comes with the device cannot record at 60fps, so I can't record at my phone's highest potential.You can use your normal phone camera, but you won't be able to use half the button features on the Gimbal. You'll have to reach over and navigate your phone instead of controlling it through the Gimbal handle.Another problem with the app is that the 360/180 panorama feature would never complete past 180 degrees for some odd reason.All they need is to fix and update the app.

This product is really neat. It was really quick and easy to set up and the balancing aspect is just such a wow-factor. I showed my husband and he was amazed how neat it really is. We are looking forward to using this to take videos of our kiddos sporting events, birthday parties, etc. It is a little heavy, but the amazing video quality makes up for it. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I have been through 2 of these gimbals 2 weeks ago I bought the version of this gimbal from this company that claims to work with GoPro cameras. Come to find out if you own a GoPro Hero 4 (or any version older than this) it will not fit in the gimbal with the protective case on the GoPro. This defeats the whole purpose considering I use my Gopro for snow/water sports. This would of been nice to know in the description before I bought it. Not to mention the one they sent me was a return from a different person (was not in plastic wrap, did not have protective peel covers, already charged, etc..) This one would not properly calibrate either.After returning the Gopro gimbal I purchased this one to use with my phone. After receiving this one in the mail(This one actually being a new one not a return) It worked as expected. The second day I used it and turned it on the rotating motor closest to the handle was not properly functioning. The first thing I tried was the recalibrating methods and neither method worked. During the manual recalibration test I noticed a weird smell and a few minutes later realized the motor that was not functioning properly was incredibly hot, hot enough to start a fire.. Luckily I realized this and didn't set the thing down and walk away or I probably wouldn't have a house. Anyways I will NEVER support these products or this company as they are sending out dangerous products and other peoples damaged returns.

Battery life is poor, and I had an extremely hard time getting it to work properly, even with watching YouTube instructions. Not really intuitive.

Absolutely fantastic! I’ve only had it for a short time and I can do nothing but grin at its performance. Unbelievable bang for the buck! I don’t know how it will fare overtime and I see that some reviews are upset about that. But right out of the box I have to say, wow! As a retired director of photography for the motion picture industry I have to say this thing really feels satisfying.

This seems to have excellent build quality but the app does not work well with Samsung Note 20 Ultra Android and there are certain angles that the motor will fail. My biggest concern is the rear camera video will freeze the camera in app as well as any other app that uses the camera including the native app. Clearing the camera cache nor gimbal app works. Requires a restart. So far everything works fine for front facing selfie camera. The object/face tracking works but isn't very smooth. I'll have to play with settings to slow the motors maybe.
