Can this be used in A-level exams?

Yes this specific calculator is definitely allowed in the A level maths. However I would strongly advise getting the TI-Nspire CX II-T. As far as I can make out the only difference is that it will also display surds and symbols like π (rather than 3.14159....) which is very useful. The T stands for "true math". Because I teach maths and further maths I have the Casio Classwiz fx-991EX and the Casio fx-CG50, in addition to the Ti-Nspire Cx II-T. I have also written BOOKS on all three of these calculators. So you can believe me when I tell you that this is unquestionably the very best calculator for A-level, or indeed any other 6th former.
