Powerlifting: The TOTAL Package

I've thoroughly enjoyed this book. I went to several of the author's powerlifting meets and this book was a trip down memory lane for me. I loved reading about the great powerlifters in this state, many of whom I lifted with in contests. West Virginia has a great history of some really good lifters from Phil Hile's national dominance in the 114 lb. weight class up to Willie Williams 705 lb. bench press in the super heavyweight division.

This is a great book on the powerlifting history of West Virginia. This is highly detailed and accurate information from the very beginning of the sport in our region, of WV. It also includes the routines that Paul followed to win his competitions. I very much enjoyed reading this book and use it to remember the lifts that were performed, by many of the great lifters from WV.

I think it's an interesting book for people who live in america, not for people from europe.
