I am suffering from neck pain and did search for pillow and found this one, read reviews and bought it, delivered after two days and expected some comfortable sleep, but it worsened my neck pain and hardly slept, wondering are those real reviews?I would not recommend to anyone.

I saw a similar cervical pillow of another brand in my chiropractor's office and was intrigued. I would have purchased it then and there. But my doctor told me to wait until he had worked on my neck some more and I had done more exercises. He was honest and told me that I could probably do better just ordering one myself on Amazon. There are a lot of similar ones and it took me awhile to choose once my doctor gave me the go-ahead. I chose this one and it is as advertised. My wife noticed a smell the first night. It did not bother me and it dissipated quickly. It comes scrunched up in a box (with a nice carrying bag I haven't needed yet). But it did not take as long as they said it would to expand to its full proper shape. I've had an extremely sore neck and have found that I awake in less pain when I use this with my head resting over the lower side. I was a stomach sleeper and was told by doctors that for my also sore back and my neck I should sleep on my side or back. So I have switched to doing that. An x-ray of my cervical spine (neck) shows degenerative disc disease. So a new pillow is not going to cure that. But for sure I wake up with less pain when sleeping on my back or side using this pillow.

SHAPEI was worried when I first bought this because it didn't pop into the correct shape for about a week or more. It's the right shape now. (Other reviewers said theirs never opened properly)BACK SLEEPINGI ignored the instructions and slept on it immediately, but I noticed a difference right away. I now sleep comfortably on my back.COMFORTABLE for a PETITE WOMANI bought this for the good reviews and the moderate price point. My colleague had been trying to convince me to buy a $150 version that his chiropractor had recommended, but I'm cheap. I'm 5'4" 125 lbs and I find this pillow comfortable. He's a heavier guy, and he told me he found it too soft. I think it's perfect for my size and weight.

This pillow did not work for me. I woke up with the worse neck pain and headache of my life. I have reverse curvature of my neck aka (lordosis) I was looking for a support pillow for my neck, and this pillow was too flat, for me. It may work for others. But not me.

I bought this expecting it to be like other memory foam pillows....alas it was not. Right out of the box and after leaving it set for a week, it remains flat and does not support the head well without wadding it up like all the other pillows. I was going to return it, but have not had the time to find a printer and mail it back. I don't know if it is just one lot which is defective or if this is just what is to be expected. It doesn't even fill out its own case. Perplexing. I've tried fluffing it, beating it, blowing air into it, and just letting it set. Nothing has helped.....if this is NOT normal, I would hope the company would just send a replacement.....if they do, I will update my review.

I always have trouble sleeping and every pillow I have previously tried does not help. I wake up achey and sore. My neck in constantly in pain and sometimes it’s even difficult to turn. After getting this pillow that has all changed. I can finally get a good nights sleep and I wake up with very minimal neck pain. I am no longer sore every day. I have not had an episode of being unable to rotate my neck since changed to this pillow. It’s seriously life changing. I am so glad I took a chance on trying it, and I would recommend anyone who has neck issues to try it out as well!

I am a fan of memory foam pillow but the tradition shape doesn’t give me the best support for my neck. Sometimes, I’m still wake up with a little pain. However, I found this super cool one. It is perfect for your neck shape, and it has 2 height for you to choose- so you can switch between the two. Also, it is at a perfect softness, not too tough. A little pricey than traditional pillow but it will last long for sure. Note : it takes about a day to reshape because of packaging.

We bought two and these pillow never puffed up like they were supposed to, even though we gave them about five days to do so, and offers almost no support. My husband prefers our similarly priced 4-years-old memory foam pillows to this. I gave it a few months to see if it was a matter of adjusting to the pillow, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s just become increasingly broken down to the point of uselessness.
