oK SO MY REVIEW COMES IN AFTER 6 WEEKS OF CONTINUOUS USE UNDER A 5 OUTLET HIGH PRESSURE SERVICE CENTER WATER MAIN, (BIG 3/4 & 1 INCH PIPE!) DELAYS WORKING ON MY CAMPER AS ALL ARE EXPERIENCING SO I LIVEd THERE WHILE DOING WORK ON IT & WAS 'PLUGGED' IN THE HOLE TIME, SO THIS HAS 2 BE THE TEST OF TESTS 24 HOURS A DAY, SAFELY EASILY REGULATED THE WATER DOWN TO 40-45 PSI FROM IN INSANE 110, ALL MY LINES ARE OK, MY NEW WATER PUMP OK, ALL MY NEW CONNECTIONS OK, my water pump filter connections ok, ( thanks Carson Pass RV install team!) ( I do not have water filter as yet, exterior or interior) Nice easy to read in the dark black on white numbers, easy adjustment screw to carefully bring pressure down or up as this environment changed constantly! Great looking! All gaskets holding, love the material, I would buy another for home if I needed, Like all of us I'm so disappointed in seeing the few that had trouble right out of the gate, I was expecting this thing to fail for certain after continuous use but it didn't., so keep it up Pangolin maybe look at my batch number & see what or who was in charge at time of manuf. you will take over the market if this thing continues to hold up, did I say great looking to? YEP YES I DID & would have paid more for it.

The Pangolin valve works great.1. Fits well in confined space below my sink.2. Easy to install (with proper fitting available at Ace Hardware and Home Depot).3. The ability to rotate the unit made much it simpler to install.4. Pressure readings appear to be accurate.5. Attached is photo of the in-place valve connected to my electric 4 gallon water heater.

The regulator works well and is easy to use. I was disappointed when the dial gauge quit working after just one year. The product has a two year warranty. I contacted sales@ipangolin.com and reported the issue. They promptly sent a replacement. Now even though I told them I only needed the gauge they sent the entire regulator. Outstanding!

So far the product has performed exactly as advertised and as desired. It appears to be a well-made and quality product. I am very pleased with the ability to adjust the regulator to the setting I desire. There have been some reviews questioning the quality and endurance of the product. I am extremely pleased with the quality and have been using it full-time for nearly two months. To this point, I see no issues with the integrity of the device. I would wholeheartedly recommend the product and am planning to purchase another.

Works as advertised it's nice that it's stainless steel Seems to read correctly. So far so good I was able to dial it in didn't have any problems. If I have a problem in the future I'll update

Purchased this PANGOLIN Water Pressure Regulator Valve with 160 PSI Gauge and Inlet Stainless Screened Filter RV Regulator on September 17, 2022. Worked for our first rv trip, total of 10 days. On our second trip I hooked it up to water supply and the gauge showed 100 psi. i Adjusted the pressure to 40 psi and the water slowed to a trickle. Checked the water supply pressure with another gauge which showed 60 psi. Obviously the regulator is defective. Found their email address on another review. Sent email twice & have received NO REPLY. Have not found a way to contact seller through Amazon. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLERSent email on Jan 5,2023 & again on Jan 10,2023 to sales@ipangolin.com. Today is Jan 21,2023. STILL NO REPLY to warranty request !! What good is 2 year warranty if there is no way to file a claim !Gauge stuck at 52 psi. How are you supposed to regulate pressure if gauge is not accurate !? WASTE OF MONEY & TIME

Works well. There is an air bubble in it but it’s supposed to be there. I thought it was broken at first because it was 1/2 full of liquid. This is intended to be this way after some research. I love that it’s adjustable.

After 3 uses, I found a hairline crack in the casting jetting water out of the valve. Unfortunately, due to COVID and my not getting out in the camper often, I was a couple of months past the 2-year warranty. The manufacturer initially declined to replace the product. But after explaining that it was NOT an inexpensive item and I would feel compelled to post my dissatisfaction here, they changed their mind and sent me a full new replacement. I am grateful for their reconsideration and the leverage product reviews provide us.
