Great modern towel bar
So far so good. Very nice looking product and seems to be well made. Definitely take your time to install and would also recommend mounting to a stud. Set screws are a little awkward to tighten, but again take a little extra time and tighten thoroughly. Will update if problems arise but for the first two weeks they're working flawlessly.

Perfect for our guest bath
we needed a hand towel rack for a difficult location in our guest bath. This worked perfectly and blended nicely with our other towel bars, etc. Very well made and this was the best price we saw anywhere! Great job Amazon.

great towel rack
this is a great towel rack. it is sturdy and Not a piece of junk. the price is expensive, but the quality is really good.we liked it so much we bought a second one! its sleek and hold towels nicely. it could be longer for the larger sized towels.

Hansgrohe should be embarrassed.
I'm a contractor with much experience with Hansgrohe products so I automatically assumed that this was equal to the quality of their other products. WRONG! The chrome is great and the installation bracket is made of brass but the engineering (or total lack of) that went in to this is flawed and will leave you with a towel bar that will not stay level and rotates on the bracket. It's secured to the brass bracket by two extremely small hex nuts that are very difficult to tighten in the first place. On top of that the hex nuts are designed to tighten into small divots in the brass bracket that aren't deep enough to stop the towel bar for wiggling around. The towel bars which have a lot of weight on them from wet towels start rotating downward. I drilled out the brass divots and tried to sink the hex nuts further down in the brass but it's still questionable. I'm guessing that this is a Hansgrohe product manufactured in China who has almost no regard for whether products work when they get in the hands of stupid American consumers like me.

Looks great!
I purchased this to coordinate with my other Hansgrohe products (sink faucet, toilet paper dispenser, bathrobe hook) and it looks and works great. I made note of other reviewers' suggestion to buy better wall anchors than the ones provided, and this has kept the rack secure in the wall without any pull or dipping of the rack. It's been installed for about a month and no problems. I have a full bath towel and a hand towel on it, but I think two bath towels would keep on it as well. Great space saver for a smaller bathroom.

Good quality with a minor design flaw
Love everything about this item -- look, quality, function -- except that it needs tightening every couple of months or more frequently if you move (swing) the arms in and out more than a few times a day. Probably better in a guest bath than in a bathroom that you use all the time. We also found one the arms much too stiff to move.

Cannot hold weight; loosens from the wall
I loved the look of this towel bar and every other Hansgrohe item we purchased for our bathrooms. But this towel bar's design is unacceptable. It does not matter whether it is mounted in a stud, it eventually loosens and pulls from the wall with just two bath towels on it. Even with 2 additional screws for a total of 4 mounted in a stud, this unit just doesn't balance correctly and eventually will cause holes in your wall as it cascades to the floor. As much as I dislike this unit, I would recommend almost any other device we purchased from Hansgrohe. Unfortunately, we found this out too late to return the items.

Perfect! Fast Delivery and first-class product from hansgrohe. No comparison to the 'cheap' towel holder we bought previously from a DIY store. The washers in that holder were of plastic and were the weak spot that eventually left the holder 'hanging in mid-air. This product is not just look good to look at, it is extremely solid in its making. Steel washer this time, and with detailed fitting instructions.Two 6cm screws fix the towel-holder to the wall. One needs to follow the instructions carefully, but anyone who knows how to drill a hole and measure properly will have no difficulty.Thank you! Highly recommended!Highly recommended.
