I was shared to use this because of the "burning" issue some people mentioned but I needed to take them off so I decided to try it. I just took off my eyelashes with this and let me share what I learned.When I did my left eye, i put a glob on the q-tip and, leaving my eye opened, and slowly spread a medium layer on the top eyelash near the root. Blinking quickly was fine but I didn't close my eye. Then I put slightly less on the other side of the q-tip and, pulling my open further, I slowly spread a thin glob under the lash but not as close to the root because I didn't want to accidentally touch my eye ball. Since I knew I couldn't keep my eye open that long, I took my time. When I was done, I waited another 30 and started to pull them off with my eyes open. On the parts that were a little more resistant, I placed a little more product. Eventually they all pulled off. Then I washed my eye with a wet towel thoroughly before opening my eye. My eye was a little sore {I kinda yank a couple off} but no burning. Now here is where I went wrong.With entirely too much confidence, I slathered a glob on the top of my left eye but I had my eye closed. And that is where i messed up. When I opened my eye, it started burning. I immediately dabbed my entire eye with a towel until I cleaned all the remover off. Once I cleaned it off my eye stopped burning. I waited 5 minutes and tried again, this time going slower and keeping my eye opened. I was able to apply again with no burning. However, when I just had one left to peel off, guess what I did? Yep, closed my eye to remove the last lash. So it started burning again. I just washed it out again. Moral of the story? Do not close your eyes at all and you will be fine. Blinking quickly doesn't seem to cause any issues. Its just when you shut your entire eye that causes the burn. Lesson learned. Your turn.

this product worked in minutes. I tried Vaseline and other lash remover and it didn't work. Seen this on tiktok and order it, work like a champ. lashes came off in seconds

First time getting lash extensions, not for me. Wanted them off but I didn’t want to go back and pay to have someone do it lol I bought this. It did remove the lashes fairly easily without damaging my natural lashes. BUT it did burn like a b***h. Recommend having a cold wet cloth near by and obviously a sink to rinse your eyes out with. The burning only lasted a few seconds. Had all my lashes off within 15 minutes

Oh my gosh story time on how this became the best product of all time.I got my lashes done. They were terrible. They were super thick and voluminous and I needed to get them off ASAP so of course I go to TikTok to find the best solution possible and someone mentioned this product in the comments so of course I order the product at 2 AM and at 10 AM, It was at my front door. Amazing!! I’m not a professional at all by any means and I don’t have the recommended tools to make the removal process flawless so this is for all my ladies who don’t follow instructions! I simply applied the product directly to my lashes, and let it sit on my eyes while I worked from home, not only did I get some of the product in my eye because I was literally doing the lash removal process at my desk as I was working from home ,but it wasn’t that painful and it washed out instantly! I was honestly super impressed that my eyes weren’t irritated at all because some products can be very harsh! I didn’t hardly lose any lashes!!! again, I’m not a professional, nor did I follow the recommended instructions and even so it was so easy to get them off that morning!

I saw someone use it on a YouTube video and this stuff works really good and fast. Just don’t get it in your eyes cause it burns. A helpful tip is to use your finger under your eyebrow to hold your eyelid shut while you work.

I bought this because of how many reviews saying it didn’t damage their natural eyelashes and how easy the lashes would come off. As soon as I received it I did it myself (which is not recommended and honestly if you have the time, get them professionally removed) I followed some people I saw on tik tok use it, I closed my eye and started applying the gel. It wasn’t burning badly but after 60 seconds just half of my eyelashes were taken out and the rest were being very stubborn. As soon as I opened my eye, it burned like CRAZY. I rinsed out with cold water and decided to repeat the process about 3 more times. (Again, probably not smart with how many times I applied this product lol) In the end, there was still clumps of eyelashes left on my eye. I was becoming really tired at this point and was about to give up for the night. Instead, I looked at some reviews about different techniques. One review said to leave your eye open, and gently put the gel on the roots while blinking fast. If that one reviewer ever sees my review, you are a LIFE SAVER!! This helped so much better than closing an eye and putting the gel on. If anyone is reading this feeling defeated, please try to gently use the gel with your eye open. However, my natural lashes did fall out with the extensions. I’ve gotten my eyelashes done before and removed them and had the same result so I was not surprised that this happened. Anyways, this definitely works as an at home eyelash remover, but if you have the time and money, please get them professionally removed.

Overall i say this product was very good. It removed most of my lashes off of my eyes besides probably like my little one but overall it was a pretty product. Just be mindful that it definitely does burn your eyes alot.

Incredible product!! With this self-isolation during COVID-19, I didn't know what to do to safely remove my lashes. Read reviews and asked my lash tech and then bought this. It worked like a charm. I applied one to one and a half pumps to each eye (one at a time) did a 60 second timer, and brushed the extensions off. Rinsed REALLY well. Didn't get any in my eyes. No pain. Highly recommend!!

This product does work but if you get it in your eyes, it really burns. Took me 30 minutes for each eye. Natural lashes did not come out.

Hands down the most effective for the job – it’ll easily take professional eyelash extensions off in a matter of minutes without damaging your natural lashes. My lash extensions came off like silk. So impressed.To use this eyelash extension remover, do one eye at a time so you can see what you’re doing.Squeeze a paper towel in between your top and lower lashes before you squeeze your eye tightly to prevent the product from getting in your eye.Dab a little remover gel onto a disposable mascara brush or Q-tip and apply the gel to your lashes, trying to target where the extension glue is.Leave the gel on for around 1 minute.Run another disposable mascara brush through your lashes or a fresh Q-tip over your lashes. The extensions should come right off.Rinse the solution off your eyelids with cold water before opening your eyes to avoid any burning or stinging. Doesn't leave any white cluster after coming in contact with water like my other remover.
