E46 Power Steering Return Line/Hose (Cooler to Reservoir) 32411094951 32416796390 for B-M-W E46 320 323 325 328 330i Ci - Power Steering Return Hose

I wish I could warn everyone not to purchase this particular item. The first hose I purchased leaked at the coupling (photo below) all over my garage over night. I received a replacement hose and went to install it and then the hose detached from the coupling with no effort. (photo below) In trying to remove the hose the coupling with the swivel clip WILL NOT release the retainer clips inside because the plastic is not stiff enough photo 3 as shown on the new hose. The swivel clip just deforms around the retainer ring. After hours of work to remove the headlight and cutting the coupling to get it to release. I'm not taking a chance on not being able to remove it with the replacement. I will be returning the replacement hose plus the original one. I wish I could emphasize in caps and 60 font DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchase the Rein PSH0107R hose and it worked like a champ. No problems at all. I will give the vendor credit they have reached out to see if they could make things right. They believe I may have purchased the wrong part. Even if this was the case. It does not explain the leaking hose from the coupling and the fact of when I pushed the swivel clip when not installed on the vehicle in it did not release the clips.

This is about the worst hose assembly I’ve ever bought, I have been a mechanic for over 40 years andthis s p o s takes them ....1 lasted 3 weeks @ 65 miles.2 quick release didn’t work,3 took @ 1 hour to carefully cut this crap off without damaging the cooler barb.4 I’m sure when I return the pieces there are 6 now,I’ll be refused refund because I had to cut the pos off......

This product does not fit at all. Even after clicking sound, which i thought it meant hose was locked in, it wasnt. You can pull it right off with no firce. Major fail. Didn’t even realize it till i saw the leak. Save yourself some trouble by buying quality one.

Used for my 2003 bmw 325ci and the hose is longer and bent in the other direction than oem. My oem intake box does not fit properly with hose installed.
