does it require any additional ingredients to be added to make it? like milk?

Yes. It requires that both sugar and milk are added. The instructions in English are: 1) Mix the powder from a single package with 2 Tbsp of sugar. Gradually add at least 6 Tbsp of milk (roughly 89ml) and stir until smooth and creamy. 2) Take the remaining 411ml (or roughly 28 Tbsp or 1.75cups) of milk and bring to a boil. Remove from stove and add the smooth mixure you have created to the just boiled milk. 3) Stir and cook for another minute. Pour into serving bowls and chill for 4 hours. To prevent a skin from forming cover bowl with plastic wrap while chilling.
