I have been looking for a solution that is aesthetic and functional. I was quite surprise, easy to assemble, beautiful, functionally well designed & great price! I have 2 teenagers in the house who feels the couch & floor is their landing spot for their stuff. They were very pleased, have enough hooks to hang jackets, backpacks, lunch boxes. The shelves are superb! I have a small bucket w/dividers to hold their perfumes and bottom shelf I have a good size round basket they throw their shoes. It sits in living room close to front door. I love it so much bought another one for master bathroom. I plan to have it close to shower to hang towels & will use the shelves to store clean towels. It does not take much space at all...can be used in any room! Highly recommend.

This stand cane with super easy instructions. It looks nice and is sturdy, what else could you ask for?

The screws do not tighten. At all. The inner core that you screw into is stripped, so, you can turn and turn and press and turn to no avail. While the shelves look really nice and are secure, the top part that you actually hang things on is a wobbly mess. Its not worth the hassle of returning or I would. IF only it has screwed together properly I would have been happy with it because it does look nice, unfortunately it can be used for it's intended purpose.

I’ll give the assemble easiness 1star cause I had to borrow electric screwdriver to put it together which is super inconvenient for me. The holes were made to small and no proper tools come with this product. Otherwise, it seems sturdy and enough storage room for my purse, coats and keys, also hide one or two shoes under the bottom shelf. So if you have electric screwdriver, this product is a great buy; if not, don’t get this one unless you have figured out a way to fit the screws in the smaller holes with your pure human power.

Somewhere between 4 and 5 stars on this. It's a teeny bit off center. though it's noticeable only when I stare at it while there's nothing hanging on it to distract my eye.It was easy enough to assemble once I found a short Phillips screwdriver in the garage. Some of the angles are challenging to work with, and trying to wield a long-handled screwdriver made it into a battle. A 5-ish inch ratcheting screwdriver was perfect.

I love the unique shape, the shelves (perfect for my motorcycle helmet and gloves) and how easy it is to put together!The only thing to be careful about: the tabs that the shelves sit on are VERY thin, I bent one by accident setting it up and almost snapped it off

Updated 01-21-20 - The manufacturer has still not responded in any way but the seller did respond quickly after I tried them and a whole new item is being sent. Honestly, I wish they could have sent only the piece I need; an entire new one is wasteful but I certainly appreciate the offer. It arrives today so as long as the piece I need to replace is not defective again, this coat rack is exactly what I expected and needed!The small wood shelf was missing one of the pressed metal inserts on the bottom that the screw threads into to attach the bracket. So, I can't attach the smaller shelf until I get a new one with all of the metal inserts for the screws. I have emailed the manufacturer twice and gotten no response. Other than that, I really like it and the assembly was pretty easy. I'll update this to 5 stars if I can manage to get the new part so it can be used properly!

I wish there was some degree of adjustability as far as where the arms are located. It is slightly awkward in the spot we purchased it for, because one arm pokes out into traffic. Yeah, I know I could move it. It is sturdy, attractive, very useable.
