The media could not be loaded.  Supposed to be brand new. I adjusted the tensioner loose so that there was just enough tension to turn the pump and from the video you can see that the bearing is making noise that goes away when the clutch engages. Its quite a bit of work to replace this pump and you'll need a vacume pump and refrigeration gas.. This is truly upsetting.

The 'So Far, So Good' Heading is simply due to limited operating time on this component. This fit in my 2006 Kia Spectra. Blows very cold just like new. It's been working perfectly so far for 4 months since purchase. Glad it has a full year warranty just in case but I expect this unit to last for many years to come.

My part was supposed to arrive over a week ago. I e-mailed the company with regards to the part. I never received a response. Is this day and age of computerized tracking, it is extremely sad that they cannot even locate the part. Moreover, a simple response, such as we apologize for the delay, undeniably, is not asking too much. My recommendation is that you do not order from this company.
