Tough Enough for Military Use
I keep this attached to my belt loop since I can't have anything around my wrist while operating most of my equipment. I was worried that the buttons bulging from the sides would depress for anything, but to my surprise every time I check the time, no matter what position I find myself in, it's always displaying the time. I don't frequently use the alarm or stopwatch features, but I have used them and it functions as designed. Compass works well enough if you actually need it. Only feedback I would offer it to make the carabiner clip just slightly bigger and offer more color options like Army Green or Coyote Brown.

Nice construction!
My husband is a chef and he isn't allowed to wear a watch; this is the perfect solution! It works great! He's very pleased!

worth it
Large numbers with intuitive layout and good contrast at all viewing angles. It did gain about two minutes in the 6 months I've been using it. The backlight just lights up the numbers themselves, not the area around them, which is cool. The compass is not great, it varies a lot with just a little tilt of the watch and sticks easily, kind of expected with one this small. The clip itself seems rugged enough, once you overcome the tension of first opening it its easy to hold open, and its not just a little wire spring. The clip is kept from bending sideways with a little tab, the way it should be. Nice overall design, worth the money for me.

Durable Long Lasting. Love it!
I absolutely love this watch. This is my third one. The battery life last several years. Looks amazing. I just wished the functions to program the settings were more simple. I hope they never discontinue making this watch!

Holding up well.
After reading the reviews for this watch, I was very reticent to make the purchase. I feared the glass would be scratched and cracked day one, or worse, it would be dead-on-arrival. But, I grew frustrated with my wristwatches, having to take them on and off to wash my hands. So, I took the plunge, bought it, and don't regret it.After a month, the glass in intact, though I must confess that, for weeks, I left the plastic adhesive cover that usually comes with watches on the glass for a sense of security. Sure, it would come off and on, until it finally came off and disappeared. And, after some time, the watch took some bumps and flops while hanging on the belt loop of my pants, but is still undamaged. It's far less intrusive than a wrist watch for everyday use, it reads well, keeps accurate time, can be backlit at night for a brief time with the press of a button, and feels really cool. Lightweight too, I like the feel. As for the compass, I can't speak much on it's accuracy, but looks pretty unreliable (not why I bought it though, so irrelevant to me). Also, it was very easy to set-up; I had no issues.

Good but not a perfect replacement.
My old clip watch finally died earlier this year, and this is the best replacement I could find. I can't wear a watch at work for safety reasons, but this watch is acceptable to wear on my belt loop. It also stores my keys which are annoying in my pocket, but the loop is a little smaller which I end up noticing occasionally. It is a sturdy watch though, and the best clip on digital watch that I could find on Amazon. The compass doesn't work at all. It sometimes looks like it spins on its own and wants to point a particular direction, but that direction is almost never north. Don't know why it has a compass to begin with, if anyone ever still uses compasses, I'm sure they have a better one that isn't confined to a watch. The dual timezone is a great feature. Both time zones are visible at the same time on one of the screens. I travel for work and its always helpful to have the second time zone set to home so I know what time it is for my wife. The only problem with the time zone is that you have to set them individually and its hard to keep them in sync. Would have been a lot better with a home time zone that you set, and the second time zone would just be + this many hours or - that many hours and just kept the minutes and seconds the same.Lastly, and the biggest downside are the buttons. The last watch I had, placed the buttons around the face of the watch, they were low in profile and blended into the design well. The buttons on THIS watch seem to be an afterthought. They stick out significantly and are on the sides. Since I wear this on my belt loop, they get accidentally pressed frequently. Sometimes in succession which ends up changing the settings without me noticing until the alarm goes off at midnight. Along the same lines, the controls are difficult to remember. It came with instructions, but when I travel, of course I don't bring those with me, so it can take several minutes of fiddling to get it back how I want it.PROS:+++ Dual time zone+ Sturdy+ Water resistant to 100ft (but I've never tested it in anything other than the rain)CONS:-- Buttons on the side get accidentally pressed frequently- Confusing controls- The compass doesn't work

i use it for work
its a good durable time piece that works great if you cant wear a watch on your wrist. the only thing is it took me some time to understand the settings.
