We had a newspaper and magazine straw box from a big box store that we used for years. It finally started showing its age, so I decided to look at the big box store again, but they had nothing. This box is so far superior to anything I saw at stores and online that I am thrilled. It is sturdy, the perfect size, and looks almost like a piece of furniture rather than a basket. Meticulously made, packed, and shipped in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to use this vendor again.

Very high quality, sturdy basket...more of a trunk really. It's pricier than most but the craftsmanship really is excellent. This basket is odorless...there's none of that awful smell that you get with those cheap baskets, which makes anything you put in them smell too. The medium size is big enough to comfortably hold two, twin-size fleece blankets. Nice to have a lid to hide what's inside, plus to set things on top of it. Happy with the purchase and would recommend.

This basket is very sturdy, well made and looks great. I'm sure it will outlast me!. My only beef is that it is not symmetrical. One end of the basket rises 90 degrees and the opposite end is beveled outwards an extra 10-15 degrees. It is noticeable but doesn't look bad considering its function, and doesn't justify the hassle of an exchange or return.

I don't typically write reviews, but I have been looking for some time for baskets to hold my firewood and accessories that were not your standard metal racks. These baskets were EXACTLY what I had envisioned for the space.... and finally found. They are perfect and I am so happy. Hold everything plus the lid so it looks pretty. Perfect sizes as well.

You can tell that this basket is high quality. Very impressed. Will have for years to come. Shipping was really fast and it was packaged nice. I purchased the lidded basket. Now I'm hooked and want more styles!

This basket is both beautiful and sturdy. The craftsmanship is excellent. I ordered the serene grey, expecting more of a grayish tint. However, it was still more straw-colored. But I am able to easily overlook that simply because it is just a beautiful basket overall and of excellent quality.
