Beverage Cup
It doesn’t leak. That is the one thing that happened with other cups

It's ok
Well the lid is not too snug but enough to keep it on. It doesn't keep things hot for very long at all, almost like in a reg cup.

Not exactly what I had in mind...
I've had this mug less than a week, I bought it to replace an Aladdin mug that I lost a couple of weeks ago. If you are expecting a mug that will keep liquids hot for an hour, this is not the mug for you. Imagine that you stopped at a service station and got coffee in a 16 oz styrofoam cup with a sleeve to insulate your hand from the heat; this mug is a plasticized version of that. This is not a double-walled mug and it transmits heat readily, hence the sleeve that is permanently part of the mug. Not that big of a deal to me, because I seldom take more than 30 minutes to drink a cup of coffee, and I can always pop it in the microwave to reheat if it's too cold. I am more concerned about the lid, since it is held on by friction. It does not thread on and I don't know how long it will be leakproof. Works fine out of the box, but I have my doubts about its longevity. I filled the Aladdin mug in the photo with coffee, then poured it into the MOCHIC cup and it held all of the coffee, despite appearing much smaller. As you can see from looking at the cup, there are no threads to hold the lid on. The lid has a stopper on a swivel intended to prevent spills. Don't know how well it would work if you knocked the cup over, but it seems to work OK at preventing coffee from sloshing out if it gets jostled. There is a small pinhole under the rubber by the swivel that apparently allows the mug to "breathe". I'll update this review after I've used it for a few months.

the lid comes off if you grab it by the lid
the lid is silicone and it just slides on it doesn’t twist on or anything. if you pick up the cup by the lid the bottom part just falls when full of a beverage so make sure to only hold it on the cup part. it’s super annoying and i already set it down at work and picked it up without thinking about it and spilled my coffee all over the floor. im returning mine for this reason and im so sad bc i NEED a pink to go 8 oz coffee mug that fits in my cup holder lol!! I hate the bigger ones bc my keurig makes an 8 oz cup and i don’t want my coffee watered down to fit in a bigger cup. if this issue does not bother you then i highly recommend this cup. :)

Cracked/leaked after 4 months
Nice enough initially that we bought 3 in two different sizes. Started using in mid September and today (Jan. 20, 2023) it leaked all over the counter when filled. My husband poured the remaining coffee into a different cup and tried to figure out what happened. Cup looked fine. He put water into it to try to figure out where it was leaking, but no leaks. Later on I poured coffee into the cup and it leaked everywhere again. This time I was able to see that there was a fine crack from top to bottom on the inside. It wasn't visible on the outside and didn't leak with cool water in it. The hot coffee expanded the crack and it leaks. I could not find anything on the company's Amazon home store for warranty or customer service so it doesn't appear we ave any recourse. The cup was cleaned once a week in the dishwasher and hand washed the other days so it was not abused as it states dishwasher safe. Hoping the other two cups we own don't end up cracking.

Ideal for a smaller cup
This is perfect for the holder in my husbands walker. It is easy to clean and he uses it for hot and cold drinks.

Great cup, but…
Everything about their description (including my 5 star ratings) is accurate, truthful, etc. I’ll explain the “but” a bit later. They are lightweight, easy to grip and the cap is easy to put on or remove, yet watertight. We have not had any problems washing/drying them in the upper dishwasher rack. No problems with microwaving, either. The flapper that you use when you want to take a sip (or after you’re done sipping) is well-designed and easy to operate one-handed. After about a month of use I noticed the beginnings of a discoloration on the inside (I’m a coffee person). But…keep in mind that it’s a cup not a jug, flask or flagon. In other words, it’s not a travel mug!
