This KitchenAid Mandoline Slicer with its razor sharp stainless steel blades, makes quick work of repetitive, time-consuming tasks, such as making paper-thin cucumber slices and julienned carrots. This slicer features a stainless steel slicing table with ribbed detailing to ensure food will easily slides off. Housed in durable, thick plastic, the slicer's body features an oversized handle with a non-slip grip for stable slicing. Included are two slicing cartridges, a v-shaped slicing blade for straight cuts and a 3/16" julienne blade for thin, long strips. Each blade is crafted from durable, cutlery-grade stainless steel and is resistant to rusting.
