Amazon Basics Landscape Edging Coil, pack of 10 Stakes, 5 inch x 40FT, Brown

I recently installed the Amazon Basics Landscape Edging Coil around my mulch landscape, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation process was incredibly easy and straightforward, even for someone like me who isn’t particularly handy. The coil is flexible enough to shape around curves and corners, but sturdy enough to hold its form once it’s in place.What I appreciate most is how durable it is. We’ve had some heavy rain and strong winds lately, but the edging has stayed put and kept the mulch neatly contained. This edging is great. I keep ordering more. It looks a lot better than the black tube edging and is easier to work with. Unlike most of the edging, it is wide enough to keep grass from sneaking under it while still retaining a large enough lip to keep the grass from growing over. I buzz along it with the string trimmer and keeps looking good. Only thing I would ask is a couple of extra stakes in the package. There are plenty for the recommended spacing, but sometimes when doing a really bendy section, a couple of extra would be nice.

Solid, affordable edging system. This edging makes a nice crisp break between my lawn and garden. I was surprised at how sturdy it is with the anchors that come with it. The only downside is that they should provide a few more of the anchors.There is plenty of depth and due to the limited width of the edging, you don't need to do a ton of extra work to dig out soil. Get yourself an edging tool, create a crisp line, and this will go in perfectly. You need to make sure that you have enough support on both sides to keep it sturdy, though. Soil/grass on one side, and a mulched garden bed on the other works very well.

I used this landscape edging for a non standard use, a woven privacy screen for my front porch, but I am very happy with all the elements I chose this product for. It has a matte, believable woodgrain pattern upon the surface, it is easy to bend and work with, it is easy to cut, and is made from recycled materials. I was happy with the look and ordered enough to do my entire porch. Thanks!

Very nice product. Easy to work with, only wish a few more stakes were included. Also it is a bit wider than most products I’ve seen so it gives a good barrier for the edge.

As others have mentioned, this plastic border has a very distinct and even overwhelming chemical smell. It permeated the packaging and I had to immediately get the shipping boxes out of my house because it was so weird. I don't feel it's safe to use it in vegetable gardens because of possible leaching of petrochemical solvents into the soil. If you use it for borders of ornamental plants it may be OK. But I'd be VERY cautious to use it near any plants you are growing for food.

Works quite good. Easy to install especially if you let it warm in direct sun for a couple of hours. I've purchased these rolls to form a well environment around my trees to maximize my watering in an area without wasting water. I live in the desert Southwest where watering is restrictive. It also creates a good barrier for the mulch to remain around the tree.

Nice looking border and easy to install. I had plenty of stakes for my little project. Love the wood look.
