I am SHOCKED at the results after using only twice. I've had cellulite since I was 18 and have never had much success with any products, diet, or exercise. Using these along with diet and exercise though is a game-changer. Excellent results and easy to use. Does not leave bruising like I was afraid it might. I just use some body oil after a shower, massage it into my thighs well, and use the medium-sized cup in an upward motion, repeating a few times per area on each leg and on butt. I wish I did a before and after photo but I was too horrified to look at the before shot. lol. Seriously, buy these. You will not regret it. (P.S., grape seed oil works really well for cellulite massage along with cupping.)

I bought these for cellulite reduction, pain, and circulation issues. I already have a set with the round top that you have to squeeze the sides to get it to suction. I got these because I figured the push top would be easier.At first, I was upset that the suction wasn't good enough. I kept messing with it and realized I needed to put it in a specific spot to start the suction (at least with my legs). I had to place it by my knee joint to get the strong suction I wanted.With that being said, I already knew I loved cupping, it has already helped with the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite on my thighs. The push top of these makes it easier.Definitely glad I got these.

For the price, you can say it was worth it. The suction power was not as effected as I thought it would be. I guess I was expecting the same results as the heated cupping method.

I was expecting these to do a better job but the suction is mild. I have one that I use frequently that holds up pretty well. I always use it for muscle knots I have on my shoulder and upper back. Especially when I get stiff neck from sleeping wrong. I wanted something for my lower back and I thought these would do the trick but they don't give much suction support to help ease off the knots and stiffness I get. Kinda disappointed but I will keep trying with these.

Had a muscle that was sore for weeks. Used a cup on it for about 20 min. and improved more than any heat pad or icy hot patch ever did. Happy camper now

I have a number of different types of silicone cups that I use as a therapist. These are by far the squishiest. At first I was disappointed in them because I didn't feel that they would work as well - and they do work a bit differently. That being said, I am glad I bought them because I find that they work better when working on curved body surfaces and over bony prominences where my other cups that are stiffer just fall off.So, in the end, I'm glad I have them and they are used just as much as my other cups. They serve a very specific use.

I have used this for couple of times now and i like how the suction power is strong and easy to use. I do hope it will work for my cellulite 🙏🏻

These cups work great. Have great suction. Don’t leave in a spot for too long as you will get bruising.
