Interesting stuff!
"Geez", I'm old! I date back to "3 in 1" oil and grabbing the "Singer Sewing Machine" oil when Mom wasn't around. These we're the standards for guns, knives and most anything that went out in the woods. Tried a lot of preservative lubricants over the years and all we're o.k. None seemed to work better than a shot of WD-40 but spending more on the latest miracle lube seemed like the thing to do.Now, this stuff (Slip 2000) is different! It stays where you put it. You can see the coating and again, you have to spread it around to get everything coated (as a rust preventative). For lubrication, it goes in the pivot point and stays put. Can't say it works better or worse (I assume as good as any other lube) but it's almost a liquid grease. If "liquid grease" sounds like what your looking for.... this is it!

Great oil for the price! I've used nano oil and knife pivot lube, and this is just as good if not better

Good oil for folders
This oil works well for lubrication of folding knives. The bottle should come with a needle applicator to dispense a smaller amount easier

I like the whole line of Slip 2000 products
I like the whole line of Slip 2000 products. A little goes a very long way. This applicator makes it so easy to NOT over lubricate your knife, anyone who has gotten home to a wet, greasy spot on their pants knows what I am talking about.
