As we all know modern day laptops go for minimal design which results lacks of ports. I've been looking for a way to plug in my usb drives to my 15 inches MacBook Pro. I finally found it.This device has a very solid build with full metal casing. It has more ports than what you can imagine.1 SD slot1 Mini SD slot1 NIC port4 USB ports1 4K HDMI port. (even a VGA port)1 mini DP1 USB C port1 audio jackConnect to my TV is totally plug and play. The best of it is flat size with 5 degrees angle which makes a comfortable base for my laptop. It has a width of my MacBook Pro about 11 inches. Definitely designed for travel. LOVE it!!!

I just received this product to use with my new 2020 MacBook Pro. The "PD port" is described to allow to power up to 100 watts to charge your computer. I plugged my MacBook charger to the PD port, and then the hub supply into my MacBook Pro. Did not charge. Called customer support and the very unhelpful person said that there is "an error in the documentation". I asked what the "PD port is for" and she said ... "I don't know, but there is an error in the documentation". This kind of person representing a company's tech support is terrible. How can they "not know" what an actual port is for. This is not a useful device if it doesn't do what it is described to do and if you can't get support from the company. Will be looking for another solution. Recommend anyone looking at this product do the same

It was exactly what I needed. I use my computer for music production, so I have quite a few peripheral devices and a three monitor set up. Now, I've got just enough ports. I actually might need to order another one.

Bought this docking station to replace a Dell model that was acting up. This unit works great. It has even more ports that the Dell and they are more convenient to access. Had no problems setting it up and it's working great

This is an amazing product, not only does it have as many ports as you need but it works and keeps everything organized and neat. I’ve had no issues with this and I love how I can display my monitors through this it keeps things perfect! Must buy!

Can we have negative stars?Says it supports Dual 4K. My monitors would go dark in the middle of meetings. Sometimes the hub would only show a single monitor, and was not consistent to which monitor. This was wired per instructions. Since, I replaced this thing, my monitors have been stable without problem.Save your money. This is nothing more than an expensive paper weight, and a piece of junk.

I really like the form factor of this dock. It works perfectly with my MacBook Pro. Allowing me to use 2 monitors and also connect various devices via the USB ports. I will be ordering another for my PC laptop.

This little box works SO well. Unexpectedly delighted with the ability to plug one thunderbolt cable in to my MacBook Pro (2019) laptop and have all peripherals (including power) come up with no hassle. I like to move around from desk to desk, home and office so will likely be setting one of these up in multiple locations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
