Earthing Sheet Queen Grounding Sheet with 15ft UK Grounding Connection Cord (60x80in)

This has been a stressful time for me. I have been waking up in the middle of the night, struggling to go back to sleep. Yesterday, I tried the grounding bedsheet, and although I still woke up because it was too hot, I could go back to sleep more easily and sleep through the usual noise my flatmate makes in the morning. Overall, I slept better and felt calmer. Considering I only slept on it one night, I am eager to see the benefits.

Complete waste of money. In fact I would go as far as to say SCAM

The first three nights i slept poorly as i seemed to have much more energy and alertness, after that i got used to it and slept soundly for much longer than normal, i usually get 4 hours, with this sheet i am getting 8 hours, so it works, the technology is sound as i have been earthing with bare feet on damp grass for years, i know it stops the blood from being sticky from the research, i would recommend this product, and would advise people to use it for a week before getting maximum benefits, this product is an A+++

I didn’t tell my other half, to him it’s just a bed sheet I put on. :-) he is my real time tester without knowing. We both usually struggle through the night with hot and cold flushes, snoring, discomfort, usually blaming the mattress and duvet. This sheet is a real game changer, we both wake up relaxed, no snoring no hot flushes. Other half wakes up and is relaxed instead of waking up exhausted.So, from our personal experience I would recommend it.Only downside, the dogs also seem to like it, we got 2 visitors in our bed last night. Lol

Didn't feel any benefit at all

Used sheet last night and had a great sleep. However housemate did not as I ordered two.Please send second grounding sheet as they won’t shut up! Then I would give 5 stars.

I thought I would try it as I often wake up with small aches, even though I have a memory foam topper.Amazingly, it has been on the bed only a few days but, from the first morning , my aches have gone! Also, I think I am sleeping better, feeling more relaxed as soon as I get into bed. Now I'm thinking of buying pillowcases.
