Pullover Fit and Flare Dress with Cap Sleeves

Sweet baby jeebus, this dress is the holy grail. It is the perfect work dress -- suitably demure (no deep scoop or V-neck), comfortable and looks like you actually cared about what you were wearing. I always look pulled together and professional in this dress, while it feels like I'm wearing loungewear. It's lightweight enough that I can wear it comfortably in the summer in Los Angeles without breaking a sweat, but isn't see-through or flimsy. It will go great with tights and a cardigan later this year. I'm 4'11" and it comes to right above my knees -- if you're tall, this might not be as work-appropriate but YMMV.I own this in navy and black and would buy more if they were made in darker jewel tones -- forest green, burgundy, deep purple -- or a charcoal grey. Hey Equivida, make these colours and I will give you all my money! As it stands, I intend to buy at least one more in the navy and black for backups.

The material is completely see through, and the dress runs smaller than the size it says it is. Buy at least two to three sizes up, if you're going to buy it, an plan on either showing everyone your undies or wearing some sort of slip.

It's cute and fits great but there were a few sewing mistakes. The tag was sown through the back of the dress with black thread.

It's a little itchy and slightly tight around the sleeves, but other than that, it fits well. It also looks just like the image.

This dress is adorable. Just when I was about to swear off buying clothes from Amazon this beauty comes my way. The fabric is quality and fit is almost perfect. It's slightly, ever so slightly small but the fabric allows for a nice fit that doesn't appear at all tight.

This dress was way too small and I sent it back.

Wife looked gorgeous in it. Great material and wear!!
