DBTech Big Oversized Digital LED Calendar Clock with Day Date and Temperature

Great Clock! I purchased this for someone who is in bed a lot due to health issues. He also has vision problems, so this clock works great for him. He can see it well, and he loves the fact that it has the day and the temperature.

This clock did not last 2 months and the Temperature froze on it and does not move. The customer service for the DBTech is terrible. I continue to call and leave message and emails and no response or call back. Amazon however is great...

Could not change the day of the week. Also, doesn't have an alarm but that's my bad for not checking a head of time.

I bought this clock/thermometer for a basement work area, the large size and bright display being prime features. The first problem I encountered was that the included instructions did not actually match the unit. There was no way to set the "Day" function properly. I emailed the company at the customer service address (#1) on the instructions and received a prompt reply from a different address (#2) suggesting I call them so that I could be talked through the process. Unfortunately, they knock off work early on Fridays so I would have to wait a few days. Over that weekend, I stumbled upon the solution to setting the "Day" display but noticed that the temperature reading was erratic, varying 10-15 degrees above the actual temperature. I emailed this concern and was instructed to provide my Amazon order number to facilitate a replacement. (The quickness of the replacement offer with no trouble-shooting suggests this is a known problem with the unit.) I quickly provided the order # AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM DBTECH IN OVER TWO WEEKS!! They simply disappeared on me! Follow-up emails every few days and voicemail messages left on the rep's extension have been ignored. Phone calls to DBTech now only put you in an endless queue. Their initial phone message suggests a customer service email (#3) different from the first two and then the CS extension voicemail suggests YET ANOTHER (#4!!). WHA?? FOUR DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!? I diligently had been CCing each additional address as I was trying to follow-up, yet no response from any of them.Four stars for the clock itself (if it worked), subtract two stars for the disappearing customer service. FRUSTRATING!!UPDATE: A week or two after posting this review I was contacted by a customer service rep from DBTECH who apologized for the lack of response I experienced. They supplied me with a replacement clock WITHOUT the temperature reading -- as they acknowledge that there is a problem there. I am adding a star to my review but still advising buyers to avoid models of this clock with a temperature display.

Love the size of the all the details on the clock...perfect for my parents to see and actually keep up with the day and date....temp does not seem correct....not sure if there is adjustment or not

Great product, got this for my aging mom who forgets what the day it is, so having day of the week as well as Month/Day is awesome.

This was great for my dad who spent most of his time in a hospital bed. It was large enough for him to read. Regular clocks on walls, he couldn't see the time. This one he can see with the lights off.

This is an awesome product for me because I have turned 50 years old. I do not have to squint to know the time and date. It reminds me daily of the month, date, if it is friday yet. The only drawback is that the temp is 5 to 8 degrees off because I tested it against 2 weather temperature thermametor.
