How to Rap [Paperback] Edwards, Paul

Haphazard account of rappers style with how they rap. From starting this book could not generate enough interest.I love to rap but this book didn't help at all in my search for rapping.

This books has helped me improve my skills.. Too informative, if you wanna know the techniques to be better than others then you gotta get one for sure !!

Helpful for new rappers

This title is indispensable! I have been writing/performing poetry and rap for years, yet this book helped me put some structure to the whole thing, while you get lots of material analysis of some baaad shiiit (lol, sorry, couldn't help myself) and I even learned about artists/tracks I wasn't aware of. If you write and/or perform hippity hop, this is a must, even if the book is too small to balance between your knees when preparing them jumbos....

I had an idea in my mind on what I needed to do, but I lacked the technical understanding of how to do what I knew I needed to.This book provides a decent solid history of rap and how to rap whilst also interviewing numerous rappers. I went from not sounding much good (technically) at rap to this - [...]I credit this book solely for this change.

Really pleased with the book

This is just one GREAT book! I really love it, learnt essential knowledge about rapping. I REALLY recommend it to ANY MC/Rapper/Lyricist/Poet or just a person whom is wanting to read. It's all around great
