The best mop for the money! A little more expensive than what you will find at your local store but the superior quality and longevity is definitely worth it!

I recently installed laminate wood flooring in my house and needed a way to care for it. I was originally looking for a vacuum specifically made for wood floors - with no abrasive brush. I have dogs that molt (if you have a Malamute, you’ll know what I’m talking about). I did a lot of reading and researching and in that came across the Norwex microfiber mop. I am really leery of products that are hyped, because you usually get suckered in, waste a bunch of money and then still have to find the “right” product. So I started out small. I purchased a Norwex cleaning towel and the glass polisher. It really did work like they said so I was sure I was going to get the microfiber mop, I just wasn’t sure about spending so much on the mop handle. After watching some more videos of people who were not distributors that had used the product for a while, they all said the Norwex mop handle was more sturdy than the others. I figured that I would have invested some money for a vacuum so I might as well put the money into the whole mop package. It really is a great product and it lives up to the hype. You definitely need the rubber brush to clean off the dry mop - another great tool that really does work. I am very pleased with my purchase and not disappointed in the least!! Cleaning my floors is so easy and I know they are clean when I’m finished.

My sister in law has a new long hair dog that has virtually turned her home upside down with hair everywhere. After staying in her cottage for a couple of days I noticed that a traditional broom just wasn't getting the hair up. Since I have owned this same system for almost 15 years...(same mop/same mop head) I decided to send her this system as a gift for letting me stay at the cottage. When it arrived I can't tell you how giddy she was --- a few sweep passes and all the dog hair was collected onto the mop. She can't believe she received such a thoughtful gift. ---- My daughter will be receiving her new set this October for her birthday --- she just purchased a new home with all hardwood floors. Someone recently asked me how I keep our floors looking so nice......I pull out the NORWEX mop system and show them how easy it is. We use the actual MOP head about once a month where we wet mop the floors.....so easy -- just water no chemicals on our hardwoods and they always look great. Highly recommend - because even though it may seem the price is higher than all others ---- consider how many, many years you will be using this system. Worth every penny,!

Love this mop. It was easy to assemble, it cleans well, and it's easy to clean (the biggest benefit, IMO)! It was pricey, but if you hate dealing with a dirty mop head, this is for you.

Love this cleaning system. It has a wide span and really picks up the dust in my dark wooden floor. The only thing I'm not real thrilled about is cleaning the dry pad with the rubber brush. It's a little difficult to do. Overall, it's a great product for an asthmatic who is acutely allergic to scents, as this only uses water to clean. Love it. Delivery was great also.

I am happy with the product and it seems to work well. My only concern is that it came with no instructions so I have had to look online to try to find out how to use and clean it.

My housekeeper had to convince me to spend $100 + on this product. When I clean on my own I can see why she loves it. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy to get under dressers and other furniture. Expensive but nice product.

I am a Norwex addict and this mop set is my latest addition. I used to think Norwex products were pricey, but after using them a few years, I do think they are a long-lasting, wise investment. I actually enjoy mopping my floors now! No sloshy bucket and I am saving money by not buying cleaning solutions. I also use this mop set to clean the walls in one of the bathrooms that seems to collect a lot more dust. Love, love, love!

I liked ease of use and how well the product cleaned.It is expensive but I’m hoping it lasts a long time.

I have to say ... I love the Norwex mop! Mine broke and the kids decided it would be the perfect Christmas gift! They did not know they have to get it from a consultant for HALF THE PRICE that Amazon is charging. And they also did not know when you purchase from Amazon Norwex will not honour their warranty. Apparently it’s illegal in Norwex land to sell on Amazon so they won’t honour anything. Mine came broken and I’m sending it back but what a damn hassle! My kids paid $200 YES $200 for it! WTH! I’m so disappointed in Norwex for looking the other way and allowing this, not honouring their OWN mop even if it was purchased at double the price and letting THEIR CONSULTANTS sell to Amazon! It’s not our fault they can’t control their consultants. I’ll never buy from them again! I hope they will give us back our $200 for a broken mop
