As a high-performing floor paint, it is particularly suitable for commercial situations in areas of high use such as manufacturing or processing regions of a factory or vehicular access routes in warehouses. The finish given by Tufflor is waterproof, solvent free, and chemical resistant so it can be used indoors or outdoors. Available in 17 colours and 4 sizes: 1KG, 2.5KG, 5KG, 15KG (3 x 5KG Packs). Tufflor is easy to mix and apply as well as being low odour. Providing excellent adhesion to concrete, it boasts a tough and durable finish and is chemical resistant after 7 days. Tufflor can also be easily cleaned and is very hygienic. We recommend a 2-coat treatment using either Reprotec Florprime as the first coat followed by Tufflor, or 2 coats of Reprotec Tufflor, providing an overall d.f.t. of 400-500 microns. (0.4 -0.5 mm.). It is possible that, on a good floor, 1 coat of Tufflor will give you the desired finish. Drying Times: Tack free time @ 20°C: 6 hours, Hard dry time@ 20°C: 10 hours, Full chemical resistance @ 20°C: 7 days, Adhesion strength to concrete: 3.9 MPa (concrete failure), Adhesion strength to mild steel: >12 MPa Tufflor should be applied in strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
