Easy insulation
What a great deal. I need one of these since mine went bad and was unable to adjust the water pressure any longer. I could’ve bought the kit, but they were required a little bit more time and effort that I wasn’t willing to do at the time all the parts was there it was an easy job to install

Perfect drop-in replacement for a N35B 3/4" pressure reducer
Arrived 2 days early. It was easy to install once I managed to remove the old unit. I used teflon tape on the threaded pipe output and a little silicone grease on the input o-ring. No leaks. Preset pressure was 60 psi. Works perfectly and less expensive than local options.

No more banging pipes
The pipes in the house started making banging noises when flushing a toilet while a faucet was on. After trying a few troubleshooting steps I saw that the water pressure was over100 psi. I tried to adjust the pressure valve and it did not do anything. I replaced the old valve with the new one, adjusted the pressure to about 70 psi, and the problems went away. Removing the old valve took some effort as it did not want to turn when I went to loosen it. Heating the body and the thread inlet finally made it possible to turn and remove.

Great price and quick shipping
Used it to replace the 7 yr old one that started leaking and made a huge mess to clean up, black mold and all, hope this lasts longer than the original!

Easy replacement, needs another O-ring
I purchased this pressure regulator because it was identical to the old unit which made it simple to install. The product description was not clear exactly what was included in the package, so I have attached a picture of the parts (first photo). There were two different sized O-rings. One fits the threaded end of the regulator, and the smaller one fits the adapter. It would have been nice if the regulator included a set of two large O-rings for my situation. I didn't need the half union parts because they were already part of the installation (second photo). I had to reuse one of the old O-rings to install the regulator, but so far, no leaks.I gave the product 4 stars for two reasons. First, it should come with two O-rings. Second, the old unit was only 8 years old and had stopped working and allowed the pressure to rise to the city water pressure of 120 PSI when no water was flowing. This exceeds the recommended max of 80 psi for my plumbing.I replaced the regulator myself because I was quoted over $800 by a plumber to replace the pressure regulator (a 10-minute job counting pressure adjustment and $115 in parts). Only basic skills and tools were needed, but I did have to purchase a pressure gauge ($15) in order to verify the old regulator had failed and to set the pressure after installing the new one.
