It's loaded with buttermilk and made with a mixture of fine ground, whole wheat flour and our best bread flour from Montana. It's got substance but it's light, not heavy. You'll really enjoy this bread. It's very good. Not only is this bread light and fluffy, it has a better flavor than most commercial loaves. The secret is in the dairy. Each loaf has 1/4 cup pure buttermilk powder. We use far more milk, sour cream, or buttermilk in our breads. In this bread, we've added a generous amount of buttermilk to give you the sweet, tangy taste of buttermilk.
